- Διαχείριση και συντονισμός όλων των επιμέρους δραστηριοτήτων του έργου (προγραμματισμός εργασιών/ χρονοδιάγραμμα, αναφορά μηνιαίας προόδου εργασιών).
- Λεπτομερής Σχεδιασμός του βασικού εξοπλισμού, των οργάνων, των σωληνώσεων και των επιμέρους τμημάτων της μονάδας (material requisitions, civil drawings and studies, electrical drawings, etc);
- issue of bids and follow-up of contracts and orders placed.
For the implementation of the project design in construction and in particular during construction supervision ASPROFOS:
- supervised all Contractor’s site activities with respect to schedule, quality and safety to ensure full compliance with the project requirements;
- established an effective site coordination procedure for routine daily communication between Client, ASPROFOS and the Contractors; reviewed/approved the Contractor’s monthly progress and payment certificates;
- inspected and verified secure and on time supply of materials;
- prepared close-out reports and issued final payment certification.
