Supporting J & P Energy & Industrial Projects S.A. in the Engineering Proposal for the UMM WU’AL PHOSPHATE PROJECT, during the Tender Stage.
Our Services
- Check of FEED Data Sheet completeness for mechanical equipment and packages
- Preparation of list of missing datasheets for equipment and packages. After discussion with J&P, AF will define the extension of work (not presently included in the offer) for the preparation of datasheets.
- Review of FEED package to collect missing data & specifications for the incomplete data sheets & packages
- Preparation of list for equipment and packages which cannot be completed due to missing data
- Submission of documentation and associated FEED specs per type of equipment. This will be executed for the equipment and packages with adequate data for quotation.
- Preparation of list of systems/packages with missing Basic Design. After discussion with J&P, AF will define the extension of work (not presently included in the offer) for the preparation of Duty Specifications and PFDs for these cases, provided that FEED includes adequate philosophy for this Basic Design implementation.
- Review and preparation of red markup PIDs in order to include all main equipment required by FEED documentation & correspondence available till now.
- Preparation of Line Lists (lines >2”) including the main information: line number, size, material, EFD No.
- Pipeline insulation MTO based on FEED PIDs
- Pipelines Heat Tracing MTO based on FEED PIDs
- Technical Evaluation of bids for equipment and packages (available by J&P – maximum 3 bids per inquiry). This technical evaluation will be executed for the key technical points only without any further conditioning of the offers. For this, a short technical report will be prepared.

The phosphate Project aims to exploit a phosphate deposit located in the Al Jalamid site and utilize local natural gas and sulphur resources to manufacture diammonium phosphate.
