The project involved the construction of a polypropylene production unit. ASPROFOS provided Project Management Services to assure proper execution of the project with regard to budget, time schedule and technical integrity. To this end, ASPROFOS was responsible for directing, coordinating and monitoring all activities of the parties involved, including licensors, contractors and vendors.
