Description
Marafiq is the first private integrated power and water utility company in Saudi Arabia and provides a complete package of services in Jubail and Yanbu Industrial. The current project referred to Jubail Unit and included
- Pipe line stress analysis calculations to boiler feed water pipe line system to increase the reliability of the system (3 feed water pumps units and related equipment (s) for extending the service life of the equipment).
- Proposed modifications of piping routing or other, to eliminate any excessive stresses, or dynamic load.
- Verification that loads (forces and moments) applied on equipments’ nozzles remains under allowable limits of relevant codes.
- Provision of applicable supports (position, type, construction drawings, any necessary data for hangers if applicable).
- Field survey verification for all the existing supports on the as build piping drawings.
- Field survey verification in case of proposed modifications of piping routing in order to eliminate any excessive stresses of dynamic loads to the existing pipe system.
