- Site preparation study
- Detailed process engineering, full detailed engineering design of the station, including pertinent interconnecting piping between the new station and existing facilities
- All construction and erection activities as scheduled (e.g. structural, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, insulation, painting etc.) with simultaneous construction supervision, field inspection, testing and warehouse set-up and follow-up
- Procurement services (purchasing, inspection, expediting, delivery at site) of all required equipment and materials
- Mechanical, instrument and electrical tests, pre-commissioning and commissioning of the station, start-up and performance tests
Description
The LPG Train Loading Station was awarded to ASPROFOS on an LSTK basis. ASPROFOS duties and responsibilities involved the preparation of a Detailed Engineering Package and construction of a new station for loading / unloading of train wagons with LPG.
