Description
OKTA Refinery planned the upgrading of their Naphtha Complex, in order to meet the Euro IV gasoline specifications. UOP completed a study to identify options for the future configuration of OKTA Refinery Naphtha Complex. Based on UOP data ASPROFOS Engineering performed the Detail Engineering Services preparing the relevant Technical and Commercial ITB Volumes.
