Description
HELPE S.A. Elefsis Refinery underwent a major revamp with the installation of new process units and modifications of existing ones and their interconnection. The execution of the design and detail engineering for the upgrading of the existing units, was undertaken by ASPROFOS S.A. For the following units: Storage - Blending - Offsite, new Waste Water Treatment, Fresh Water, Fire Water, LPG Blow - down system and Slop Oil Cooler, new Nitrogen and Crude Distillation.
