- Steel structures for the supporting elements of all process, piping, mechanical and any other related to components
- Electrical, power supply, HVAC and power generator systems, UPS, lighting systems, cabling networks and interconnectors, lightning protection systems, cathodic protection systems, etc.
- Instrumentation and Control systems, electronic valves, cabling networks and interconnectors, emergency shutdown system, field instrumentation, instrumentation cables and junction boxes, fire and gas system, etc.
- Security and Safety monitoring systems: CCTV system, peripheral fencing
- Any other structure, mechanical component(s), electrical and instrumentation item/equipment should be instructed/requested/recommended by authorities in terms of the permitting process.

Description
The project consists in the detailed engineering, procurement, construction and pre-commissioning of a New Small-Scale LNG Infrastructure at Revithoussa Terminal of DESFA, adequate of accepting LNG carriers with capacity from 1,000m3 up to 30,000m3.
This New Quaywall at the North-Eastern side of Revithoussa includes a new loading platform having an overall length of about 20m and equipped of breasting dolphins constructed at each side that will be installed along the North-East side of Revithoussa island. The quay will be parallel to the coast, allowing the berthing of one LNG carrier. Minimum sea depth of 12m shall be guaranteed to host LNG carriers with capacity up to 30,000 m3. The facilities associated with this New Quaywall includes all connecting process and utilities piping, electrical, instrumentation, control & telecommunication systems and firefighting means.
ASPROFOS’ activities included in detailed engineering review are (but not limited to):
- Participation in the pre award/kick-off meeting with the Contractor and provision of technical support to DESFA.
- Provision of technical clarifications to the Contractor regarding conflicting /disputable points in the basic design, if any.
- Technical Approval of Contractor's proposal for upgrading low graded items in the bid.
- Review Contractor's finalization of Front End Engineering, review Contractor's detail engineering documents and provision of comments or approval as required by the contract.
- Provision to DESFA with the necessary engineering back-up and technical support
- Check the technical acceptability of any changes to the original design proposed by the Contractor and provision substantiated proposal to DESFA for approval/rejection.
- Attendance all necessary engineering review meetings.
- Participation in Construction meetings, progress review meetings, etc as necessary.
- Provision Technical assistance and back-up information to DESFA and the Contractor in obtaining the required permits from the Authorities.
ASPROFOS’ activities included in construction supervision are (but not limited to):
- Review and agree the EPC Contractor’s breakdowns of the Works. These breakdowns are used for the Contractor’s quality plans, for progress reporting and for recording completed elements of the Works.
- Review the technical adequacy of the Contractor’s plans, procedures and method statements. Check that the scope of the Works is covered and that the requirements of the Technical Volume are incorporated. Check that the Contractor‘s proposed list of (future) plans and procedures is adequate.
- Check the adequacy of the plans, procedures and method statements and their implementation on a daily basis. Produce supervision plans and reporting to match Contractor’s activities.
- Provide technical support to the DESFA concerning Authorities and other third parties.
- Planning, organization and administration of Supervision Team.
- Participate in all necessary site meetings, progress review meetings, etc. organized and conducted by DESFA.
- Check and sign the site log.
- Full support to the DESFA if requested, for the following CLIENT’ duties under the EPC CONTRACT:
- Approval of Personnel Appointments
- Approving and issuing variations
- Agreeing payment at completion
- Agreeing time for Clearance of the Site
- Agreeing Timing of Tests
- Acknowledgement of Force Majeure
- Approval of Sub—Contractors
- Approval of Quality Plan and Manual Auditing
- Consenting to Time Schedule & requesting Time Schedule Revision
- Consenting to Removal of Equipment
- Coordination of Deliveries of Client Supplied Materials
