Description
The project concerns the construction of a new Metering and Regulating Station (M/R) at Nea Messimvria, for the realization of the connection between the TAP system and the NGTS system. A line valve station (LVS) shall be also installed at the tie—in point with TAP. The M/R station will have the capability to filter, measure and let down the gas received from the TAP system in order to supply the required amount of gas into the downstream NGTS system and vice — versa.
The term “pipeline" means the underground part of the interconnecting pipeline, for which:
- the northern end is the tie—in point with TAP (at GTP-01 station) and
- the southern end is at the fence of the M/R Station (U—6910) northern side
