Description

Hellenic Petroleum Thessaloniki Refinery, decided the dismantling of a Caustic Soda Tank at Thessaloniki Port and its replacement with the Construction of a new 2.800 m3 Caustic Soda Tank.

Based on the existing Basic Design Study prepared by the Engineering Team of Thessaloniki Refinery, ASPROFOS Engineering S.A. undertook all the relevant works associated with the construction of a new 2,800m3 Caustic Soda Tank at the Area of Thessaloniki Port. These works comprised of the supervision for the dismantling of the existing Caustic Soda Tank, construction supervision of the new Tank, as well as various studies required for the dike wall, loading station, loading pipe, pump station, lighting, shelter and fence, in order to deliver the new Tank ready for operation.
