- Project Management Services: Contract administration, project planning and time schedule reviews (project control), review of Contractors Progress Report, review and verification of contractors work progress and the relevant payment certificates, change orders and claims, cost control services and the preparation of I.T.B. package for the 3rd party field and shop inspection as well as issuing of the bid documents and follow-up support up to the contract award.
- Engineering and Procurement Services: The verification of key documents such as Equipment specifications and Vendor’s technical bids, follow-up of contractors HAZOP studies, assistance to Owner in the selection of vendors, procurement of equipment and required spare parts, review of plant design and mainly of construction drawings including the technical audit and monitoring of design activities.
- Construction Supervision Services: the assistance to the owner of the contracting for Site Boundaries including above and below ground obstructions, temporary field facilities etc, review of Construction plan, Construction supervision regarding quality and time schedules, monitoring and review of contractors construction planning and erection activities, review of contractors procedures for site security, safety, and material handling as well as follow-up of Risk Analysis & Environmental Impact Studies prepared by contractor with the relevant Applications to the state authorities for the timely issuance of the installation and operation permits.
- Mechanical Completion and Commissioning Services: The review of the contractors procedures, the checking and integrity of the plant systems, the review of Mechanical Catalogues as well as a review of the as-built drawings, assist the owner in Start-Up procedures and prepare the Project Close Out Report.
Description
EKO FILM - PRODUCTION (PTY) constructed a factory for the production of polypropylene film, a project that demanded the services of a specialized consultant company such as ASPROFOS.
ASPROFOS provided Project Management Services to assure the proper execution of the project with regard to budget, time schedule and technical integrity. To this end the ASPROFOS Project Manager was responsible for directing coordinating and monitoring of all involved parties including licensors, contractors and vendors.
