Technical Data
- 71 km length, 10" Outside Diameter pipeline from Ambelia to Karditsa and Trikala
- One (1) 10" Scraper Launcher at Ambelia Operation & Maintenance Building area
- One (1) 10" line valve station along the pipeline from Ambelia to Karditsa. The area for the installation of the above station will be selected by ASPROFOS during the Basic design execution.
- One (1) 10" line valve station together with Metering Regulating station at Karditsa. The area for the installation of the aforesaid facilities will be selected by ASPROFOS during the Basic design execution.
- One (1) 10" scraper receiver station together with Metering Regulating station at Trikala. The area for the installation of the above facilities will be selected by ASPROFOS during the Basic Design execution.
- Cathodic protection system along the whole pipeline route.
- HDPE conduit 40 mm Outside Diameter along the pipeline route for the insertion of the F.O. cable.
- Electrical, instrumentation, telecommunication and SCADA system.
- Access roads for the above stations if required

Description
The scope of works of ASPROFOS included the execution of the Basic Design, the Environmental Impact Study (E.I.S.), the Topographical I Cadastral drawings (scale 1:1000) and documents, the Geological / Geotechnical and Seismic studies for the new facilities of diameter 10” Ambelia — Karditsa — Trikala high pressure pipeline.
