Within the framework of the collaboration of ASPROFOS with the Technical University of Crete, a seminar was held last month on its MSc course of Petroleum Engineering, in the knowledge area of Project Management.
The relevant presentations were prepared and presented by Mr. Leonidas Zambas, Project Division Director of ASPROFOS Engineering.
The duration of the seminar spanned a whole day and covered many topics such as terminology, principles, constraints, resources organization and management, required skills and various examples of proper project management implementation as well as, a general presentation of the ASPROFOS and its successfully executed projects.
The seminar is included in a wider area of knowledge transfer between ASPROFOS ENGINEERING and TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY OF CRETE.
